Ingredients:
- 4 medium apples, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Plain yogurt, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toss apples with cinnamon, oil, and vanilla.
- Bake in a small dish for 25 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm with a spoon of yogurt.
Notes & Substitutions:
- Use pears when apples aren’t available
- Add chopped nuts if desired
- Works well warm or chilled
