Healthy and Delicious Cinnamon Baked Apples with Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium apples, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Plain yogurt, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Toss apples with cinnamon, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Bake in a small dish for 25 minutes until tender.
  4. Serve warm with a spoon of yogurt.

Notes & Substitutions:

  • Use pears when apples aren’t available
  • Add chopped nuts if desired
  • Works well warm or chilled
