What happens next?

1. We'll work with our New York State partners to match you with the services you need.
2. Approval: We’ll confirm your eligibility through a Social Care Network and refer your case to the appropriate service providers.
3. First Delivery: If matched with us, you should receive your customized food box prepared and delivered to your door within 2-3 weeks.
