What happens next?

1. You can provide us more information to confirm your eligibility or a member of our team will reach out to you within 72 hours by phone to complete your application, and answer any questions you may have.
2. Healthcare Provider Approval: Once your application is finalized, we’ll confirm your eligibility with your healthcare provider.
3. First Delivery: Once processed by your healthcare provider and approved, your customized food box will be prepared and delivered to your door.
