Nutritionists Design Boxes To Your Needs.

It’s not really about us. It’s about providing Americans with fresh, healthy produce.

Project Food Box sources, packages, and distributes boxes of fresh produce directly from farmers to communities in need. We deliver these nutritious and healthy foods through mission-aligned partners including food banks, faith-based Community Partners, and most recently- health networks! Project Food Box was born out of our participation in the USDA’s “Farmers to Families” program which launched in 2020 to offset food insecurity caused by the pandemic. Our mission is to enhance this successful program and continue building an equitable food system for Americans across the nation.

Our Simple Mission.

Our mission is to reduce waste, help stop hunger, and make healthy foods accessible to all Americans. Food inequality exists not because there is a shortage of food, but because there is no infrastructure for food banks, Community Partners, or healthcare networks to efficiently source and distribute fresh produce, until now.

Produce To The People.

While most research on food access focuses on post-harvest distribution and retail systems, recent studies highlight challenges at the farm level.
Why? Until now, farmers faced barriers to selling certain crops and lacked the resources to harvest them. At the same time, millions of Americans struggle to access fresh, nutritious food.

Our concept is simple: everyone deserves access to high-quality produce. Hunger in America isn’t about scarcity—it’s about equitable distribution. Our mission is to bridge this gap by bringing fresh, nourishing food to communities while ensuring farmers receive fair compensation for their crops.
